At Wedmeoutfit, we prioritize the delivery of your products in excellent condition and within the promised timeframe. To ensure this, we have collaborated with some of the most reputable courier partners in the country. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience.

DELIVERY

  1. A) How does the delivery process work?
  • Our system begins processing your order immediately after it is placed on our website.
  • Next, your item is passed through a multiple quality check before handing it over to the courier partner.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • In case your address falls into a location that is not served by our delivery partners, the Wedmeoutfit team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
  1. B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to ship products within 3-5 working days, but delivery may take up to 12-15 working days.

. In rare instances, delays may occur due to dependencies. We ship orders diligently seven days a week including public holidays.

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you at the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

  1. C) Can I track my order?

Definitely! After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Wedmeoutfit containing the tracking ID of the courier partner. To track your order, simply click on the "TRACK ORDER" button and enter the last four digits of your order number or the full AWB. This will let you know where your order currently is and when it is expected to be delivered.

A) Do you provide shipping all over India?

          Yes.

B) Which locations do you ship your products to?

          Wedmeoutfit ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.

C) Are there any shipping charges?

          Wedmeoutfit offers free shipping within India

D) Do you provide a Cash on Delivery method?

"We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India."

E) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

          Yes, Threre is extra charges for COD

F) How are orders packaged?

          We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. Every item is packaged securely to prevent any physical damage during transit. So far, Wedmeoutfit has received very few complaints about items being damaged due to inadequate packaging.

G) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

         Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at +91-9157371636

In case you need to change the shipping address after your product has already been shipped, we will have to reship your order to the new address. This will incur an additional charge of INR 200.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Suratikart offers lucrative international shipping for all orders.

The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the package.

Taxes and duties for your order will be calculated based on your shipping destination and will be the responsibility of the customer. As the recipient of the order, you will be held liable for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes (if any) that are imposed by the country we are shipping to. It is necessary to pay these charges to ensure the release of your order from customs upon arrival.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
